About the Game

About the Game

Match Tiles is basically what you open when your brain needs a break but you still want to feel like you did something — nothing complicated, nothing stressful — just matching stuff and somehow feeling like you accomplished something.

It's basically a mashup of block puzzles and tile matching — two things that somehow work really well together. Drop tiles, match up the colors and shapes, watch them disappear — points go up, brain goes happy. The butterflies and music caught me off guard honestly — didn't expect a puzzle game to feel this chill — but don't let that fool you, there's real thinking involved.

It is easy to start, but the more you play, the more you'll need to think ahead, manage space, and plan smarter moves.

How to Play

How to Play

Every round you get a fresh batch of tiles and one job: don't be an idiot about where you put them.

Get two matching tiles next to each other and boom — they're gone and your score goes up. That's literally it. Stack up enough matches and you'll actually feel yourself getting better at it. Basically, don't paint yourself into a corner — you'll feel it when you do.

You also get a spare space where you can store a tile set for later. Use it carefully when the board gets crowded or when you want to save a better move for the next turn.

No timer, no countdown, no one tapping their foot — seriously, take your time.

Honestly I kept waiting to get bored with it and just... didn't. Which surprised me. You can enjoy endless tile-matching rounds, the boards get sneakier right when you think you've got it figured out — genuinely annoying in the best way.

There's always some excuse to open it again — a streak, a layout you didn't finish, whatever your brain latches onto, and if a level's kicking your teeth in, hints and bonuses are there so you're not just stuck staring at it. There's a leaderboard too, if you're the type who needs to know where you stand — and yeah, you can rope your friends into it.

You'll tell yourself five minutes. You won't mean it.

Found a bug? Got a weird question? Just want to vent? Go ahead — we actually read these.

We actually read all of them — yes, even the weird ones — half our bug fixes came from emails, not our own testing, which says a lot. And a couple features we never planned but ended up shipping anyway.
